It is suggested people enrich their daily diet with branched chain amino acids that could be easily found in foods, such as eggs and meat. Of course, those that take sufficient amounts of Branched Chain Amino Acids and proteins on a daily basis are in no need of any supplements of Branched Chain Amino Acids whatsoever.
